Arrive
Rome and after
Passport Control, transfer by our deluxe bus to
Assisi
in the afternoon.
Father will celebrate Mass in the Basilica of Santa Maria del Angeli where Saint Francis died, and we'll have time for prayer in the Porziuncle; to visit the thornless rose garden and maybe stop by the Franciscan gift shop before we check into our hotel. Dinner and overnight

After breakfast, depart for the
Tomb of St. Francis
where Father will celebrate Mass. We'll then have a tour of the upper town of
Assisi to
include the Basilica of Clara and the Basilica of St.
Francis. A free
afternoon to wander in this delightful town
before dinner and overnight.
Friday, May 30, 2008
After breakfast, we depart for
Cascia
where Father will celebrate Mass at the Tomb
of Saint Rita, patron saint of our
parish.
Enjoy exploring in the village before
we return to Assisi
for dinner and overnight.
Saturday, May 31,
2008
After breakfast, depart for
Rome.
Visit the basilicas of St. Paul’s Outside the
Walls, St. Mary Major, and St. John Lateran where
Father will celebrate Mass.
Check into our hotel for dinner and overnight.
Sunday, June 1,
2008
Start our
day in the Catacombs
where Father will celebrate Mass. After lunch,
have a special walking tour of Ancient Rome,
seeing the Forum, Capitoline, Victor Emmanuel
Monument in Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, the
Pantheon and Piazza Navonne, Angel Bridge and
Hadrian's Tomb. Return to the hotel for
dinner and overnight.

A Join pilgrims from around the world for the Holy Father's weekly Papal Audience.
In the afternoon, you may wish to visit the Vatican Museums (on your own). Father will celebrate Mass before we have our farewell dinner.
Thursday, June 5, 2008. Father will celebrate Mass before we pack up and head for home with many memories to Give Thanks and Remember

Cancellations MUST be made in writing and refunds are subject to the following charges:
More than 90 days prior to departure: $100 pp
Between 60-90 days prior to departure: 10% of tour price
Between 45-59 days prior to departure: 25% of tour price
Between 30-44 days prior to departure: 50% of tour price
Between 14-29 days prior to departure: 75% of tour price
Less than 14 days to departure: 100%
