INCLUDED  in the price of MOST trips* is:

• Airfare from the airline's international departure city

• All transfers and assistance with departure and upon arrival

• Hotel accommodations in double rooms using first class hotels with private baths

• Half board (Breakfast and dinner)

• Services of English speaking local guides

• Services of a certified Tour Manager from the States

• All entrance fees as per the itinerary

• Any necessary visas required for American citizens.**

• All service charges and taxes.

• Arrangements for daily Mass celebrations

NOT INCLUDED:

• Any Single Supplement charge when no roommate

• Expenses of a personal nature

• Meals not mentioned

• Connecting flights to the international departure city.

• A Tip fund varying from $8.50 to $9.50 per day per person (depending on a particular trip) which covers all tips

• ADDITIONAL FUEL SURCHARGES and taxes, levied by airlines before final ticketing.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The price of any trip is based on an exchange rate at the time the trip is advertised. 

                                When the balance of the trip is due, if the exchange rate has increased significantly, there may be a surcharge to reflect this difference.

DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

A deposit for any trip is required to confirm your space.  Please check the amount for any particular pilgrimage.  This is applied to the total price of the pilgrimage and the balance is to be paid in full at least 90 days prior to departure.  Cancellations MUST be made in writing and refunds are subject to the following charges:

• More than 90 days prior to departure:  $100 pp

• Between 60-90 days prior to departure:  10% of tour price

• Between 45-59 days prior to departure:  25% of tour price

• Between 30-44 days prior to departure:  50% of tour price

• Between 14-29 days prior to departure:  75% of tour price

• Less than 14 days to departure:  100%

**Non USA passport holders must obtain any necessary visas required themselves, plus any other papers required by their country or the USA when returning.
